Way Station's Homeless Outreach Program is a state and federal sponsored grant initiative to provide community outreach to homeless individuals with mental health needs in Washington County, Maryland. Homeless Outreach workers, in collaboration with other community stakeholders, identify homeless individuals with mental health concerns in need of services and support. The Program assists individuals in meeting their basic human needs and links them with community resources and services in an effort to address their long-term mental health needs. |
