In 2005, Way Station responded to the need for a Residential Rehabilitation Program designed to meet the special needs of individuals with serious mental illness and significant somatic and/or mobility problems by establishing an eight-bed house in Carroll County that is staffed 24 hours per day, seven days per week, by individuals with the skills and experiences necessary to meet these special needs. |
